About Us
Founded on Faith and Drive by Purpose
Our Story
Community Support Initiative was founded by Mr. and Mrs. Hill in response to the needs they witnessed and personally experienced in their community. Having overcome significant life challenges themselves, they were called to serve individuals facing hardship, homelessness, reentry barriers, and life instability. What began as a mission of compassion has grown into a structured organization dedicated to service, stability, and second chances guided by faith, integrity, and purpose.
CSI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides wraparound support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, reentry after incarceration, poverty, trauma, and life instability. Through compassionate case management, housing support, resource navigation, and human-centered services, we restore hope, rebuild stability, and empower people to achieve long-term success.
Our Mission
To build stronger communities where every person has access to safe housing, equal opportunity, and transformational support that leads to independence, purpose, and restored dignity.
Our Vision
Our Values
We serve every individual with dignity and empathy, meeting people where they are without judgment. Our team understands that behind every case is a person navigating real challenges, and we treat each interaction with care and respect.
Compassion
Empowerment
We believe in helping people build the skills and confidence they need to achieve independence. Rather than creating dependency, we work alongside our members to identify their strengths and support them in reaching their own goals.
We know that redemption and growth are always possible, no matter someone's past. Everyone deserves the opportunity to move forward, and we're committed to providing the support that makes meaningful change achievable.
Second Chances
We uphold honesty, ethics, and trust in everything we do. Our members, partners, and community can count on us to be transparent, accountable, and consistent in delivering on our commitments.
Integrity
